Project
Colibiţa Tourist Area is located in Romania's North-West, at a distance of 50 km from Bistrita and about 20 km from Step Tihuta, which connects the two historical regions:Moldavia and Transylvania. Colibiţa is at Călimani foothills at an altitude of 800m, the area being transformed almost 30 years ago by building a hydroelectric reservoir, the flooding displacing the old huts and villages of this valley. Around the lake tourist area has been developed. There are currently over 300 villas, cottages and chalets. Although the climate is famous for tourism and high concentrations of ozone and ions of iodine recommended for treatment of pulmonary and cardiac diseases, most holiday homes and chalets areused exclusively by the owners, few of whom are interested in tourism practice. The area is perfect for practicing outdoor activities, fishing, cycling, climbing, water bicyclerides, boating on the lake, water sports and last but not least, the beach and swimming.
Because of the tourism potential offered by the Colibiţa, we proposed that in the near future to start building a tourist complex comprising a hotel and a leisure area that will have soccer fields, tennis courts etc.
The hotel will have over a hundred places, indoor pool, SPA center, cafe, restaurant and conference room, which will give customers a degree of comfort in a dream environment given by the tourist hut.
