The “Casa de Investitii ALIANTA” SA, was founded in 2003 by an individual, the founder (black man) was originally established as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). One of the reasons envisaged by the founder of SC "Casa Investment Alliance" SA foundation of the company is to build real estate (commercial, offices and apartments) for both sale and rental as well, and to invest in shares listed on the capital market.

Also, the purchase was considered because in those areas the demand for real estate class and luxury housing collective is high and the supply is low, almost non-existent.
The company operates on the principle of an investment fund in real estate and movable. Attracting capital investment is achieved by involving the stakeholders in our society by successive capital increases.
